🌎🤝 El AmPC continúa fortaleciendo alianzas estratégicas a nivel internacional.
Durante los últimos días, nuestra comisión liderada por el Presidente Julio César Ávila Sarria y nuestra CEO Michele Formonte realizó una gira de trabajo en Estados Unidos, visitando centros deportivos de alto rendimiento, participando en eventos internacionales y desarrollando reuniones junto al Comité Olímpico y Paralímpico de Estados Unidos.
La agenda contempló visitas técnicas en Utah, presencia en el Campeonato Mundial de Para Escalada y distintas mesas de trabajo en Colorado Springs, abordando temas relacionados con desarrollo deportivo, operaciones, clasificación, legado y comunicaciones.
Estas instancias continúan impulsando nuevas oportunidades de colaboración y crecimiento para el Movimiento Parapanamericano y nuestros países miembros.

🌎🤝 The AmPC continues strengthening strategic international partnerships.
Over the past few days, our delegation led by AmPC President Julio César Ávila Sarria and CEO Michele Formonte carried out a working tour across the United States, visiting world-class high-performance sports facilities, attending international events, and holding meetings alongside representatives from the United States Olympic & Paralympic Committee.
The agenda included technical visits in Utah, attendance at the Para Climbing World Championships, and several working sessions in Colorado Springs focused on key areas such as sport development, operations, classification, legacy, and communications.
These opportunities continue creating new paths for collaboration and growth for the Parapan American Movement and our member countries.

🇺🇸🤝 ¡Seguimos construyendo alianzas que impulsan el futuro del Movimiento Parapanamericano!
Durante estos días, la comisión del AmPC, liderada por su Presidente Julio César Ávila Sarria y su CEO Michele Formonte, se encuentra en Colorado Springs, Estados Unidos, desarrollando una intensa agenda de reuniones y mesas de trabajo junto a representantes del Comité Olímpico y Paralímpico de Estados Unidos.
La visita contempla encuentros enfocados en áreas estratégicas como operaciones de Juegos, clasificación, alto rendimiento, comunicaciones, legado y desarrollo deportivo, además de recorridos técnicos por el Colorado Springs Olympic & Paralympic Training Center y el U.S. Olympic & Paralympic Museum.

🇺🇸🤝 Continuing to build partnerships that drive the future of the Parapan American Movement!
Over the past few days, the Americas Paralympic Committee delegation, led by President Julio César Ávila Sarria and CEO Michele Formonte, has been in Colorado Springs, USA, taking part in a series of meetings and working sessions alongside representatives from the United States Olympic & Paralympic Committee.
The visit includes strategic discussions focused on Games operations, classification, high performance, communications, legacy, and sport development, as well as technical tours of the Colorado Springs Olympic & Paralympic Training Center and the U.S. Olympic & Paralympic Museum.
These opportunities continue to strengthen the exchange of knowledge and best practices, while opening new paths for collaboration to further advance Para sport and support athletes across the region.

🧗♂️ - The Americas will be represented at the World Climbing Para Series Salt Lake City 2026.
Brazil🇧🇷, Canada🇨🇦, Mexico🇲🇽 and the United States🇺🇸 will compete on 15 and 16 May in one of the most important events on the international Para climbing calendar — a discipline that will also make its official debut at #la28.

🇺🇸👉 - La comisión del AmPC, liderada por su Presidente Julio César Ávila Sarria y su CEO Michele Formonte, realizó una visita técnica al U.S. Ski & Snowboard USANA Center of Excellence en Utah, Estados Unidos.
Durante el recorrido, guiado por Robyn Hase, Senior Director of Medical Operations del centro, conocieron sus espacios de entrenamiento, rehabilitación y preparación integral para atletas de alto rendimiento y Para atletas de deportes de invierno.
La visita permitió al AmPC conocer modelos y experiencias que continúan aportando al desarrollo del Movimiento Parapanamericano y al fortalecimiento de futuras oportunidades para nuestros atletas en la región.
